Karen and Scott Nicol have created an inviting and relaxing Bed and Breakfast experience in the cute little mountain village of Mapleton which is nestled in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, just 100km north of Brisbane in sunny Queensland, Australia.
The Ponds on Mapleton B&B is located at the end of a cul-de-sac / no-through road andis therefore very quiet with no passing traffic. It overlooks our beautiful pond / billabong in a bush setting. Yet, all this is just a short walk from the centre of Mapleton township.
There are two rooms - one queen-size, one king-size - each with ensuite, reverse-cycle air-conditioning and TV/DVD. For singles travelling together, two single beds can be configured in the one room upon request. There is also a shared lounge area with free tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge, water filter, books and games. Outside is a plunge pool and covered gazebo area overlooking the lovely lily pond and our patch of rainforest.
The Ponds on Mapleton is a NON-SMOKING venue. Unfortunately we are not equipped to cater for young children. Sorry, no pets.
